Pegasus Open

25-26 June 2010, Maidstone L.C.

Pegasus OpenHawth entered 17 gymnast in to this event. The Hawth boys had a great weekend. The Under 12 team came fourth overall, and the gymnasts in the Development groups came away with a total of 6 medals.

Development (02)

Danny Ross Horton had a good day today. He was second overall; and also medalled on Floor (bronze), Rings (silver), and vault (bronze).

Hawth also had Louis Gibson (10th with 67.10), Jamie Dejong (who scored 64.45) and Cameron Hayward (scored 60.60).. This was the first time these three have appeared at an event like this. they performed extremely well. We look forward to seeing them out again in the future.

Development (Level 1, 01)

Harry Harrod scored 69.70, placing him 8th. He also gained the bronze medal on rings. Kyah Ali scored 37.35.

Development (level 2, 00)

Marcus Jones scored 69.25, placing him 9th. Jordan Colyer was just behind in 10th place and a score of 68.75. Archie Baker scored 66.85, and gained the bronze medal on rings.

Boys

This was a team event;. The five boys from Hawth (Daniel Lee, Gus Fidler, Ben Vye-Parninter, Michael Herridge and Patrick Smith) competed well. The Hawth team was placed fourth.

Individually, Daniel was placed 9th with a score of 70.30. Gus scored 64.25, Ben 63.35, Michael 57.55 and Patrick 52.30. 

Intermediate

Grant Goode represented Hawth today. He scored a total of 64.70. Max Hayes scored 60.30. 

Senior

Tim Gates competed in the senior group today. He scored a total of 57.55. He was second on high bar with a score of 11.60.
