Grades Finals (MAG)
15-16 May 2010 - GMAC, Birmingham
This event is one of the biggest in the year for the Hawth boys. The top six gymnasts from the south-east region represent the region in each of 6 levels.
We were in a new venue this year; Birmingham GMAC is a really well equipped large venue.

Level 1
Harry Harrod was sixth with 63.05. Kyah Ali scored 61.90, which placed him eighth.
As well as the 2 boys from Hawth, there were South-east gymnasts in the top three places. The level 1 team won the Team Gold.
Level 2
Patrick Smith scored 60.80, which placed him seventeenth. Also in this group was Marcus Jones who scored 56.75 and Jordan Colyer who scored 54.20.
The group was very strong; and came in second place.
Level 3
Michael Herridge came fifth with 62.50. Gus Fidler was eleventh with 60.40.
This team won the gold medal.
Level 4
There was no team in this level as there were only 3 gymnasts from the south-east. Daniel Lee was first with 63.90. Ben Vye-Parminter was eleventh with 61.15.
Level 5
There was no team in this level either; only Callum Lelliot (Brighton & Hove) and Max Hayes. Max scored 52.30, which placed him seventh.
Level 6
Grant Goode was the only south-east gymnast in this group. He had a really good day and scored 53.25, which earned him the silver medal.
Bob Currier Trophy
The Bob Currier trophy is awarded to the region that performed the best over all six club grades; points are awarded for the top six places in each grade individually and teams. This year the south-east won the trophy.
