How to pay Hawth fees

Hawth fees are split in to 2 parts; "gymnastics fees" and "membership fees". All members will have to pay both parts.

Hawth bank Accounts

We use three bank accounts to receive payments, please ensure you use the correct one.

Hawth Gymnastics BG Account

This account is used to collect the annual BG membership fee and the Hawth family membership fee. Do not use this account for your gymnastics fees. Squads can also pay some competition entry fees using this account. Please ensure you talk to your coach before doing this.

Hawth Gymnastics

This account is only for the monthly gymnastics fees of gymnasts who train one hour a week or less.

Hawth Squads

This account is only for the monthly gymnastics fees of gymnasts who train more than an hour a week. Do not use this account for any other payments (eg. competition fees). 

In person

You can pay your fees in person. If you are doing this, please post your fees in the mail-box just inside the gym on the left as you walk in. Please put all fees in an envelope marked with the name of the gymnast you are paying for, and their class day and time.

You can pay by cash or cheques. Your cheque needs to be made payable to either: "Hawth Gymnastics BG Account", "Hawth Gymnastics" or "Hawth Squads" as appropriate. Please ensure you have made the cheque payable to the correct account for each cheque.

Internet banking

You will need your bank account to be 'internet enabled'. You will need to speak to your bank to do this.

You need to create a new recipient for payment. Please ensure you have used the correct account for each payment!

Please ensure you have filled in the reference correctly. This is the only way we have of knowing who the payment is from.

Once you have created a recipient, you should be able to make regular payments to us.

You can not use internet banking to pay money in to the "Hawth Gymnastics BG Account". We hope to be able to provide this in the future. 

Sorry, but we do not take payments using on-line payment agencies such as PayPal. These companies charge a fee to process each transaction, which we would have to pass on to you.
