Tumbling

Tumbling competitions consist of three passes along a long tumble track, where a series of somersaults are combined in to one explosive movement.
Hawth GC has a state of the art tumble track (25 metre carbon fibre), and tumblers from the club compete at many competitions across the country.
Our small tumbling group concentrates on the NDP elite grades and is at present incorporated within the Teamgym discipline within the club.
We compete at regional and national levels. We currently have British champions at Elite level.
